Our meat pots with lid have a bulging shape and two enamel handles. The rims of the cookware are adorned with a sturdy chrome edge. The lids of the pots fit well on the pot and serve as energy guardians: As soon as the lid begins to rattle, it is time to reduce the heat and thus save power. Depending on the stove, it is possible to turn off completely about 5 minutes prior to the end of cooking because enamel retains heat for a long time. Therefore, we recommend using pot holders when lifting the pots and lids since the enamel handles also retain heat. However, the advantage of the enamel handles is that the pot can also be easily put into the oven for warming. The meat pot is a high cooking pot and is therefore ideal for cooking foods with a lot of liquid, starting from soups, soup meat like boiled beef, stews, ragouts, pasta, vegetables, potatoes, and more.
