Our casseroles with lid in this version have a bulging shape and classic enamel handles. The lid fits well on the casserole and acts as an energy guardian: as soon as it begins to rattle, it is time to reduce the heat in order to save electricity. Depending on the stove, it is possible to turn off completely about 5 minutes before the end of cooking as enamel retains heat for a long time. For this reason, we strongly recommend using pot holders for lifting the pots and lids, as enamel handles also retain heat. Another advantage of the enamel handles is that the pot can easily be taken to the oven for warming. The edge of the casserole is adorned with a sturdy chrome edge.
