Our smallest casseroles are made from extra-strong iron sheet and are coated with the finest glass. In the glowing oven at 850 °C, glass and iron combine into a shiny, poreless smooth enamel. These robust originals are earthy black on the outside and speckled granite on the inside – perfect for cooking, braising, and serving in small households or for storing and reheating delicious leftovers. The reinforced sheet of the new version distributes heat optimally and works like all enamel pots on all types of stoves. You can safely cut with a knife in the pots (except ceramic knives), if you use the little ones as serving pots.
