The rounded beaded edge provides stability and a round shape, allowing for easy cutting with a knife directly in the dish. After use, the Tepsija roasting pan is easy to clean and quickly ready for use again. It is excellent for any dishes baked or roasted in the oven, such as braised dishes, rice pans, or typical baked goods like pita and burek. If the roasting pan is used as a baking pan, it should always be well-greased and dusted with flour or breadcrumbs to prevent sticking and facilitate easy removal of the cakes and similar items.
