Our round cake pan made of enamel is robust, durable, and easy to care for. The curved beaded edge ensures even heat distribution due to the iron core, which guarantees excellent baking results. After baking, the lifting base can simply be placed into the edge and pushed up to easily lift the cake out of the form. The baking form made of baking enamel is easy to demold, especially if it is greased and dusted with flour or breadcrumbs before the batter is poured in. For liquid batters, it is advisable to use baking paper to prevent leaking. Thanks to its pore-free smooth surface, cleaning the cake pan is simple. The versatile enamel baking dish is suitable not only for baked cakes but also for cooled cake variants. To remove the cake, the baking form is placed on a half-high vessel, and the edge is carefully pulled down after the cake has been loosened with a cake spatula.
